As part of the Dubai International Food Safety Conference (which runs on 9-11 November), Campden BRI will be providing food and drink safety training sessions on 8 November for attendees in three important areas:
· Setting realistic shelf-lives for perishable products
· Internal auditing
· Risk-based food safety management.
The sessions are being led by senior Campden BRI staff, and further emphasise the company’s growing role in providing expert knowledge tailored to the needs of companies throughout the world.
