Henderson Brown is driven to succeed but we’re not aggressive or cavalier. There’s a core integrity and balance – Fairness is one of our values – and you’ll be treated as an adult; anyone can make a difference and everyone has a voice. Unlike some of our competitors, there’s strong management support, but also an absence of micro-management and we don’t worship KPIs. So we’re a young company in spirit – there’s lots of laughter! – but a mature one in our outlook, expectations and behaviours.

We are located in a business park close to both the city centre and the A1 and our modern offices offer easy car parking.

Our Induction Training is tailored and comprehensive, combining classroom sessions, coaching at your desk and external courses. (But unlike some academies, we don’t then forget about you – it’s not “sink or swim” at Henderson Brown).

The initial training is complemented by a suite of training topics to accelerate your personal development, both from a general commercial and individual recruiter standpoint. We also run weekly sessions, which are both lively and motivational!

Finally – and we think, probably uniquely in our markets – there’s also the chance for regular external personal coaching for you as an individual. We want you to be an elite performer, making a long-term and lucrative contribution to the success of our business.
