I’m hiring for a Indirect Category Manager in a leading FMCG company.

My client is a leading FMCG business that has earned a reputation for providing quality products to consumers sourced from regions across the United Kingdom and the globe with its diverse portfolio of brands. The company is highly regarded due to its winning combination of industry knowledge and experience coupled with continuous innovation that anticipates future customer trends and demands.
Role:
The Indirect Category Manager will oversee procurement for all Indirect spends across multiple sites. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver objectives including cost reduction targets and competitive advantages. Develop an in depth understanding of sub categories, markets, suppliers, cost drivers and cost structure, and supplier innovation opportunities.
Key categories including; IT, Agency, Labour, FM, Logistics
Spends approx; £275m
Salary & Working Setup:
– £60,000 – £75,000 pa depending on candidate experience
– Upto £9,000 car allowance
– Private HC
– PRP (performance-related pay)
– Working from home 3 days per week with 2 day in the office
Experience Required:
– Bluechip FMCG background
– Senior Indirect experience
