Our client, a significant player in their FMCG field, is looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Commercial Director to set the commercial strategy and develop and lead the commercial team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be accountable for managing relationships at a senior level, delivering the commercial strategy and driving profitable growth across the business. In order to maximise the potential of the business we need candidates to be strategic in outlook, creative in thinking and pragmatic and hungry in their approach.
Who we’re looking for….
We are looking for someone with senior commercial experience who has a successful track record of dealing with the major multiples; someone who can forge relationships at a senior level and someone who has managed a commercial team before as well as experience with technical and procurement teams. Ideally, you will have experience in complex food manufacturing, however, someone with FMCG could be equally desirable. With strong commercial knowledge and understanding, you will be a determined and motivated individual who is driven by results and who has a natural inclination to sell.
