Salary range: Dependant on experience
Our client, a leading and award winning player in the food sector is looking for a Senior National Account Manager to deliver and continue to grow their relationship with their major retail customer. Reporting directly in to the Business Director, you will be responsible for the development of this national account through expansion of the product range, category insight, promotional and pricing strategies.
You will benefit from full P&L accountability and working with experienced internal teams. This role within the business requires a commercially astute, driven and focused individual who has an understanding of supplying food to the multiple grocers.
Due to the relationship with this customer, a successful track record of account management of a high street multiple account is essential, and clear understanding of category marketing, customer insight and category ownership.
You will be driven, commercially astute with excellent interpersonal and management skills who can easily communicate and negotiate at all levels with internal and external customers. You will be able to demonstrate category understanding and have the ability to transfer this into actionable commercial strategy.
