A few years ago, he decided to capitalise on his knowledge and experience in sourcing premium ingredients by establishing the Pierre Koffmann brand, supplying leading restaurants and hotels with truly fantastic fresh ingredients.
This business is unique though, it is young, dynamic and really hardworking – but they celebrate success with style, and they reward for high performance. This role would be 100 miles an hour, but would be incredibly fun and massively fulfilling.
As Sales and Procurement Executive you will be tasked with driving revenues by delivering an exceptional service to existing customers whilst actively pursuing a business development strategy to further expand the business. There are many new opportunities out there, they have set out a new strategy and they are hungry for growth – the products they supply are exceptional and with some clear strategy and focus the opportunities for growth are considerable.
Who we are looking for?
We need someone who has good old fashioned values & loves picking up the phone and talking to foodies. Ranging from food wholesalers, food service businesses as well as pub and restaurant chains and many others!
Perhaps you have been working in fresh produce or ingredients and want to join a branded business, or maybe you are in an existing food service sales role and feel that you are ready to take the next step and want the chance to join a business which is growing rapidly; this is however, a great opportunity to really get involved in a very fast moving and dynamic sector with a business that is prepared to reward significantly for over achievement.
