Regional HR Manager
Our client is one of the success stories within the food industry and as a result of continued expansion they are looking to appoint a Regional HR Manager, to work alongside the HR Director in the day to day running of the regional HR function. The role will cover sites across the Midlands and London.
The role will consist of providing HR support for all of the sites including training, recruitment and payroll processes as well as any other people-related tasks. You will be reporting to the HR Director assisting in the running of the department, with a large manufacturing and distribution team operating over a variety of shift patterns, the role will be busy and fast moving.
For this position, good organisational skills are essential, along with an ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks, and an ability to work independently. You will require good systems skills and have sound knowledge of employment law along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
