Are you a boots on the floor kind of Operations Manager? Are you someone who likes to get behind your team and rally them in order to hit that KPI sweet spot? Do you have experience within Fresh Produce and know the difference between top fruit, stone fruit, and citrus and all the different types of machinery that goes along with it?
If you answered yes to the above questions, then I would very much like to have a conversation with you as I have a great opportunity within a solid Fresh Produce business that isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
This will be an on the shop floor role, no desk sitting with this one. Just pure team motivation and making it run like a well-oiled machine. Having already spent millions of pounds on the site they require someone who is a people person and thrives on rolling their sleeves up and mucking in and delivering that level supreme level of customer satisfaction.
You will have experience in working with all manner of fruit and managing a large team at an Operations Manager level. Ideally at least 3-5 years.
The business is no shrinking violet and is part of a larger group, the site is state of the art and no expense has been spared in when it comes to machinery, so they are looking for that state of the art ‘Ops Manager’ to come in and work alongside it all.
Your level of communication will be top notch and you will be a person who is able to communicate with people of all levels. Someone who isn’t afraid to have those awkward conversations when needed and mentor your team to KPI heaven.
