Salary range: £60-65k
Our client, a significant player in branded and own label food is looking to strengthen their team by the appointment of a Senior National Account Manager to handle several of their largest accounts.
Reporting in to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be accountable for delivering the commercial strategy and driving profitable growth across these accounts. In order to maximise the potential of the product categories and the account we need candidates to be strategic in outlook, creative in thinking and pragmatic and hungry in their approach. You will also need to demonstrate a strong customer relationship building skills to be able to grow the business in this fast moving product sector.
Who we’re looking for?
This role within the business requires a commercially astute, driven and focused individual who has an understanding of FMCG products. Due to the specific accounts you will be managing, a successful track record of national account management of a high street multiple account is essential, although the type of product is less critical. You will be driven, commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills who can easily communicate and negotiate at all levels with internal and external customers.
