The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering the commercial strategy and driving profitable growth across their national accounts dealing with major retailers so experience in this field is essential. In order to maximise the potential of the product categories and the account we need candidates to be strategic in outlook, creative in thinking and pragmatic and hungry in their approach. You will also need to demonstrate a strong customer relationship building skills to be able to grow the business in this fast moving product sector.
Who we’re looking for:
This role within the business requires a commercially astute, driven and focused individual who has an understanding of FMCG products. Due to the specific national accounts you will be managing, a successful track record of national account management of retail accounts is essential, although the type of product is less critical. You will be driven, commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills who can easily communicate and negotiate at all levels with internal and external customers.
