Salary range: Circa £50,000pa
Our client is a hugely successful UK food manufacturer with numerous sites across the UK producing leading household named brands and own label products.
We are currently supporting them in the search for a HR Business Partner to lead, develop and motivate a team of HR professionals across several of their manufacturing sites to deliver a professional, effective and proactive HR operational service.
This role in not just about HR execution, but also partnering with a management/leadership team to help scope and structure business units and to facilitate improved performance. Main responsibilities will include; direct partnering and advising with the manufacturing leads on manufacturing sites, management of ER and HR reporting, people development throughout the business through L&D plans and partnerships, ownership and delivery of performance reviews and appraisals, people planning and resourcing, leadership of a small team of HR professionals and other business support areas, and finally various exciting and forward thinking HR projects.
So what are we looking for? You must be CIPD qualified (Level 5) and have previous HR business partnering experience as a HR BP/HR Manager within an FMCG business. Have had generalist and varied HR experience ideally within a manufacturing site with over 300 employees. Importantly you must have also had some experience of managing and developing a small team of people.
