Our client is a leading player in the FMCG Market and are looking for a HR Business Partner to join for a 12 month maternity cover.
We are looking for either an ambitious HR Manager or a current HR Business Partner looking for their next challenge within a progressive business. This is a multi sited role, so a great opportunity for and individual to work with different leaders and different locations.
You will be charged with creating and delivering an integrated Strategic People Plan alongside SLT, delivering the HR strategy set alongside the Group HR Director and then communicating it across the business. The HR function is valued within this business and are key stakeholders in business decisions, so a business partnering mentality is key. Senior management have strong working relationships with the HR function and building internal relationships and trust quickly will be important.
This role will be overseeing a small HR team, and as a business they have very little ER issues, however experience is obviously required and a working knowledge of ER is mandatory. This role is hands on and strategic so you must be able to look at the now and the horizon with the ability to manager projects and stakeholders. It touches all areas of HR from L&D to ER to C&B, so you must be adaptable but thats the exciting thing about this role.
At this level CIPD would be expected to a minimum of level 5. We would also expect to see experience within manufacturing and ideally within the food sector.
