    Head of UK Ecommerce – London – #1 Fastest Growing Food and Beverage Brand in the UK

    At Henderson Brown we are delighted to be part of an international Food and Beverages businesses approach to instil growth into one of the UK fastest growing food and beverage brand portfolios in the UK household.

    Overview:

    If you are interested in being at the heart of an international food & Beverage manufacturers ecommerce growth, then this could well be the role for you. This function has seen tremendous success helping grow one brand into the giant it is today.

    At the core of this role is the desire of this employer to grow an already well structured and formulated set of foundations covering growth, operations and retention. Such a structure and system that have aided this business for an extensive period of time. This vital function will aid profitability across the overall business as well as support the introduction of a recent acquisition in the UK and ultimately Western European markets.

    Person Spec:

    The right person for this role will comply to the following 10 points.

    Sales Strategy – Experience implementing strategy to increase ecommerce traffic, improving conversion ratios, and maximising sales proficiencies.

    Ecommerce Expertise – Experience setting up a DTC options for existing UK brands as well as advising a broader DTC projects.

    Project Management – Experience leading projects in an ecommerce setting, as well developing ecommerce go to market strategy for western Europe.

    Customer Experience – Experience developing, delivering and enhancing a seamless online experience personalised to every shopper.

    Partnership Management – Can demonstrate growth and the management of relationships with existing ecommerce service and third-party platform partners.

    Operations and Logistics – Have existing knowledge managing a responsible and safe in-house ecommerce fulfilment centre.

    Website Management – Experience managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and content. As we as DTC website launch experience.

    Marketing and Promotions – Experience collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales.

    Team Management – Experience leading and mentoring team by providing development opportunities.

    Reporting and Analytics – Have experience utilising data and analytics to track performance, analyse trends, metrics in order to generate insights to inform decision-making and efforts to improve optimisation.
