Salary range: £25,000-£28,000
Our client, a significant player in Fresh Produce is looking to strengthen their team by appointing an Account Executive to support the Account Management team in handling some of their largest accounts.
Reporting in to the Senior National Account Manager, you will be helping the team manage one of the multiple grocer accounts with fresh produce on a daily basis in a responsive and professional manner. You will be tasked with:
*Management of smaller accounts
*Helping to co-ordinate customer queries and requests, taking calls and answering emails, to make sure customer needs are met.
*Managing and supporting with regular and ad hoc customer reporting and project work
*To act as back-up to the Account Manager when they are away from the office.
*Making sure important customer information is sent out to the correct teams in the business.
*Visiting supermarket stores on a weekly basis to produce a competitor price report.
*Liaising with the order processing team with regards to order amendments (increases, decreases, cancellations).
*Supporting the Accounts team, with the debit and credit note requests.
*Overseeing rejections, shortages and over deliveries by liaising with the appropriate teams.
*Co-ordinate information and brief the business, with regard to customer seasonal delivery requirements, including preparation of the Christmas and Easter information packs.
*Attending customer meetings with the Account Manager, when required.
*Co-ordinating meetings and customer visits, where required.
