We could write reams about what our values are and what we stand for, but we maintain the belief that fresh produce recruitment and food recruitment are a simple process made very complicated.
We want to simply stand by our mantra of no nonsense food recruitment and adopt the following values when dealing with food jobs and fresh produce jobs:
| Priority | The client and the candidate both come first. |
| Communication | We will always return calls, even when there is nothing to report or if it is bad news, we will call you first and email you second. |
| Integrity | If we can do something, we will, if we can't we will tell you that we cannot do it – we believe that it is better to over deliver and under promise. |
| Flexible and Responsive | We will be on call when you need us (OK - we might take a bit longer to reply after midnight). |
